  • What exactly do you offer for balloon arrangements and how much do they cost?
    GRAB & GO GARLANDS This option is for smaller garlands. I create it, you hang it! I will supply you with all materials needed to hang your garland on standard walls/surfaces. You can fit up to a 12ft garland in a mid-size SUV! ~ starting at $20 per ft. BALLOON INSTALLATIONS Balloon installations are all the rage right now. It makes life so much easier for you! No more blowing up balloons in your living room the night before your event. Let me do all the work for you! ~ starting at $23 per ft. $250 minimum Please note, we do not come back to pickup or take down your balloons unless you specifically request this before you pay your deposit. There is an additional charge for this service. XO We do not offer ANY helium arrangements.
  • What type of balloons do you use?
    100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. We use the highest quality balloons available.
  • How long will my balloons last?
    Balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3+ months depending on the conditions. Since our balloon garlands and installations do not require helium, just air, they last much longer. Indoors are where you will get the most life out of your balloons. Sun, heat, and other outdoor elements cause balloons to oxidize. The oxidization process makes the balloons turn matte. Matte balloons are actually very desired among some clients, while others like the shiny look. If you want your balloons to stay shiny, they must stay indoors.
  • Do you come back to take down the balloons?
    Once the event has ended, the taking down of your arrangement is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided at an additional charge if we are available. Please mention this when you inquire.
  • What is the capacity of BLUSH Venue?
    BLUSH Venue & Studio offers 1000 sqft of customizable space that can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people depending on the amount of furniture and furniture configurations.
  • What is the availability and cost of renting the venue?
    BLUSH Venue & Studio offers both half day and full day booking options for event hosts, as well as by-hour rentals for photographers and creatives seeking studio space. All bookings require 50% of the total event cost due to upon booking, and the remainder is due one month before the event. TIME AVAILABILITY & PRICING MON-THURSDAY 6 HOURS — $375 (TIMES FLEXIBLE) FULL DAY (7AM-10PM) — $600 FRIDAY 8AM - 2PM — $425 FOR 6 HOUR RENTAL 3PM - 9PM — $425 FOR 6 HOUR RENTAL FULL DAY (7AM-10PM) — $750 SATURDAYS + SUNDAYS 8AM - 2PM — $500 FOR 6 HOUR RENTAL 3PM - 9PM — $500 FOR 6 HOUR RENTAL FULL DAY 7AM-10PM — $875 ADDITIONAL HOURS $50/HR for weekdays and $75/HR for weekends (IF AVAILABLE) SECURITY/CLEANING FEE A $200 security and cleaning fee is applied to all rentals, and will be returned if no property is damaged and all cleaning procedures are completed upon departure. OVERAGE FEES A $40.00 fee will apply for every 15 minutes the event extends past the event end time. (To avoid additional charges we recommend that you allow 45 minutes for breakdown time.) Subject to the express prior approval and at the Owner’s sole discretion, use of the venue beyond the event end time may be granted at the rate of $75.00 per hour. Each additional hour is billed as a whole hour regardless of actual minutes used.
  • What amenities are included in the venue?
    BLUSH Venue & Studio is outfitted with all of the essentials you will need to host your event. In addition to ample parking, a wheelchair accessible venue, prep space, and restrooms, we have a variety of vases, candle sticks, flameless candles, signs, platters, and decor that can be used and is included in the rental price. PREP SPACE & RESTROOM Our back room is a shared space with the salon next door. You will have access to the sink, microwave, toaster oven, and restroom. Guests are not permitted to use anything else in this room, or allowed to enter the salon through the back room.   • Am I allowed to serve alcohol at my event?
    Alcohol is permitted within the venue for 21+ guests. Day-of event insurance is required if you will have any alcohol during your event.

Privacy policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
